Work-life balance is hard. To help families juggle busy schedules, we offer a one-hour before-school care (early drop off) as well as a one-hour after-school care (late pickup).

Summer Programs

We offer a series of fun-filled one-week summer programs for 3-5 year olds. We are one of the few facilities in Parker that cater to kids as young as 3 years old! Summer camp is a place where kids can continue to see their friends and engage in thoughtful activities in a trusted and familiar environment. For new families, this can be a good way for you to see if ilo is a good fit for your child.

Our Curriculum

ilo is designed to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for your child's early years of development, and prepare them for thier next step of their education journey. We strive to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where children feel safe, happy, and valued. Our experienced and trained teachers have a passion for working with young students and we offer a range of age-appropriate activities that promote language and literacy development, science and math skills, creativity, and social skills.

Language & Literacy

We prioritize language and literacy skills in our curriculum. Through a play-based approach, children learn to communicate effectively and develop a love for reading and writing.

Science & Culture

We introduce age appropriate lessons that's easily relatable to the children's environment, including subjects such as the four seasons, human senses, and pets and wildilfe. We also introduce the children to cultural activities and celebrations from around the world.

Language & Literacy

Writing and expression are key components of our curriculum. Children have opportunities to express themselves through storytelling and visual representation (arts-and-crafts).

Movement & Outdoor Play

A significant part of the ilo ethos is outdoor play and exploration, and engaging in movement with music and dance. ilo has a large outdoor area where children can play, run, and explore in a safe and secure environment. We also have a variety of indoor play spaces that are designed to encourage children's creativity and imagination.

Math & Problem Solving

Mathematics is an essential part of our curriculum. A foundational skill critical to success in math is the ability to think critically and problem-solve. We build this critical skill through hands-on activities and games.

Choice Exploration & Creative Play

Encompassing all aspects of the ilo curricula, we allow for individual choice of self-guided activities while emphasizing team and group interactions. This allows the children to practice their social skills, express their creativity, and hone their communications.
